All prices on our website include FREE standard shipping worldwide, and FREE express shipping within Australia! Your Ava Hair extensions will be shipped from our warehouse located in Perth, Australia.
Regardless of the shipping option chosen at checkout, it will take 1-2 business days to process your order.
We ship Monday through to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays. Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email containing a tracking link to keep updated with the progress of your order.
Note: International express shipping upgrades and any other third-party fees are non-refundable.
Tracking your order
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed. Please allow up to 48 hours to receive this email.
Once your order has been shipped you will receive a second email containing a tracking link to keep updated with the progress of your package.
International Taxes & Duties
International customers are responsible to pay any applicable inbound duties, taxes, and any other fees which your local customs authority deems appropriate. These fees are paid to your local carrier or government and are not collected by Ava Hair, and therefore cannot be refunded.
Wrong address disclaimer
It is the sole responsibility of the buyer to make sure that they enter in the address correctly. As we do our best to speed up processing and shipping times, there is a very small time frame to be able to cancel or change the shipping address of your order.
If you do decide to cancel your order or change your shipping address, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as you place your order. We will do our best to help make the change but cannot guarantee that we will be able to do so if the order has already been shipped.
By placing an order with Ava Hair, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping back to Ava Hair. For more information on how to return your items, please refer to our international returns policy found here.
Delivered but not delivered
Every single shipment includes tracking with delivery confirmation. If the tracking information states that your shipment has been delivered to your order address, but you have not received your order, please contact the courier directly in order to investigate.
We cannot be held accountable for packages where tracking information states that the package has been delivered to your order address.
