1. What is your returns policy?

You will be provided a full refund on your unopened Ava Hair extensions within 45 days from the date that you received your hair extensions.

 

2. Why are Ava Hair Extensions non-refundable if opened?

Human hair extensions are a hygienic product. When it comes to hygiene and public safety, we take this seriously and strictly do not allow opened items to be returned for the safety of all our Ava Hair customers.

 

3. How do I know the shade is right for me without opening the box?

Located in the bottom compartment of each Ava Hair extensions box, we provide a 1-piece sample weft of your hair extensions. You should open this compartment first to make sure that your hair extensions are perfect for you.

If for any reason, your hair extensions are not the perfect match for you, we are more than happy to help accommodate a return provided the main compartment has not been opened or tampered with.

 

4. Do I have to pay for the shipping on my returns?

Yes, all of our customers are responsible for the shipping cost to return the merchandise to us. We request that you send your return with a tracking number as Ava Hair will not be held responsible for lost returns.

Important: Make sure to indicate ‚ÄúRETURN, NO DUTIES‚ÄĚ on the package, otherwise the package may be returned back to you.

 

5. How can I initiate a refund?

To initiate a refund, please send us an email to info@avahair.com.au and we will begin helping you to process your refund. 

Please note that that refunds for merchandise returned without having contacted us cannot be guaranteed. 

 

6. When will I receive my refund?

Once we have received, inspected and confirmed that the hair extensions were not opened, a full refund will be issued to you through the original payment method used.

All customers must contact us once having sent the package back to provide us with the tracking number in order for us to process you a full refund.

 

7. Will I receive a refund on the cost of express shipping?

No, express shipping costs will not be refunded.

We do provide free standard shipping on all orders, however any express shipping costs will not be refunded.
